The Internal Communication – Trainee we are looking for is a high energy, charismatic, innovative, creative person responsible for developing and driving dynamic internal communication campaigns that spreads the importance of compliance and being a part of a team.
We are looking for a brilliant writer and team player who is all about creating and executing memorable and inspirational campaigns that capture employees attention and engage them in a two-way dialogue. You will do this work as part of an innovative, vision-forward, fast-paced team that is committed to do the best work of their lives together.
Staying pretty close with HR, you’ll be working to help employees across the organization to stay up to date about the company’s vision, goals, projects and executive updates by leading strategic internal communications programs. You will work always with HR but also across teams including Marketing, Operations, Finance and Sales, to support the brand mission and evolve brand story. The ideal trainee will be a skilled storyteller with a knack for interpersonal skills and a passion for creating experiences. The role will build a strong culture of collaboration to create experiences that engage, connect and inspire the community of our employees!
Qualification & Education
Education Degree in marketing, communication, graphic design or related areas;
Experience within Adobe Creative Suite graphic editing programs, focusing on Illustrator and Photoshop;
Relevant experience writing in a corporate environment will be appreciated, like managing a variety of communications channels, including intranets, mobile, and internal social media channels;
Video experience a plus;
Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with an ability to generate and execute “breakout” ideas;
Fearless when embracing technology and absolutely comfortable when the need for a fresh, new and impacting presentation to a wide variety of interlocutors, in Portugal or outside doors, comes up;
Dynamic, charismatic, confident personality that can successfully drive projects with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, often
ambiguous, and ever-changing environment;
Ability to quickly grasp information across a variety of areas and subsequently develop clear communications with minimal guidance;
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
Lifelong learner, curious, confident and team player;
Proficiency in English (very important);
Proactive, results-oriented, and fun!
