Human Resources Specialist (M/F)

You will be a technical specialist who through the right knowledge, skills and experience provides a unique service to the team and to the whole organization. Working on the People & Talent Team, for Helexia Portugal, this HR Specialist provides support in functional areas of HR such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, personnel records, employee relations, regulatory reporting requirements, payroll, benefits and other areas as needed. Above all, we are looking for an autonomous, audacious and super-cool peace missing in our puzzle, that will join a fast growing company with many markets and challenges that have yet to be professionalized. Responsibilities

Support with extensive autonomy our talent acquisition and recruitment processes

Coordinate independently the newcomers onboarding/offboarding processes

Support and coordinate our local team buildings and corporate level gatherings

Design and support the Employer branding strategy

Design and support the career program solutions

Support and operational coordination, undertaking tasks around performance management

Support and rethink the compensation and benefit plans ongoing in order to leverage us to a next level on this matter

Promote HR programs to create an efficient and healthy-happy-cool workplace

Provide support to our team in various HR related topics and resolve any issues or queries that may arise in a timely and professional manner

Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire, employee turnover rates, among others

Maintain reliably employee files and records up to date

Ensure compliance with company requirements and labor law regulations

Qualification & Education

Degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology or similar fields

Skills

Approachable and responsive professional being able to connect with stakeholders on all levels

Capability of working independently, taking initiative, following up on assigned projects

Excellent communication (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills

Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving and decision making

Strength of character, ethics, commitment and reliability

Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times due to handling of sensitive and confidential information

Systematic profile, with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Well-organized but always flexible

Solution-oriented and capable of setting priorities

Lifelong learner, curious, confident and team player

Proficiency in English (very important)

Experience

2-3 years proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
