Business Support Lead (M/F)

As a Business Support Lead, reporting directly to Country Director Portugal, you will have a strategical role mainly within Helexia Portugal Team, but also a very relevant part close to the Countries & Business Development Coordination Team being the voice of the field and the hears of our clients. You will promote synergies between the different Business Units, promoting a more agile organization, while delivering to the CBDC and COMEX qualitative Energy Transition business models and ensuring a smooth and efficient decision-making process. You will coach, mentor and guide our people, fostering best solutions for their specific department challenges. You will analyze the organization’s existing infrastructure and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies. Ultimately, you will play a key role in the long-term strategy across the entire organization, helping our teams to deliver better in a faster, more efficient manner.

Within CBDC:
Liaison with all CBDC members, assuring:
• Harmonized interaction (participation)
• Steady flow of information and business activity data
• Reporting of activity (qualitative & quantitative)
• Consolidate benchmarking and streamline best practices

Definition and implementation of recurrent joint work & exchange sessions

Within HLXPT:
Collection and treatment of data between all managers

Produce effortless and automated qualitative and quantitative reporting’s

Setting up recurrent activity follow up’s exchanges

Liaison between Sales & Financial department and LPI for delivering qualitative Investment Proposal files

Qualification & Education

MBA is desirable

Degree, preferably, in Civil, Electrotechnical or Mechanical Engineering

Skills

Project Management demonstrated skills are valued

Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity

Experience coaching at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies is a plus

Strong leader, educator, and coach

An excellent communicator and motivator

Fluency in English and French is mandatory

Experience

2 to 5 years’ relevant experience within similar roles
